I regret nothing.  Double chocolate fudge sundae:
1st layer -1 1/2 frozen bananas -1tbs cocoa powder -3 dates -1/4 cup almond milk -1 tsp vanilla
2nd layer -1 1/2 frozen bananas -2 tbs cocoa powder -1/4 cup almond milk -1 tbs chopped chocolate (I used a dark chocolate covered cherry)
Fudge sauce: agave + cocoa powder

Cauliflower ‘Bread’ Sticks - To-die-for mock bread-sticks made with cauliflower that are low in calories, carbs and fat….RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1 head cauliflower, large (7” - 8” wide)

1/4 cup egg whites

1/2 cup + 3/4 cup (for topping, optional) Mozzarella/Tex Mex cheese, shredded

1 tsp Italian herb seasoning or any dried herbs like rosemary, basil, parsley

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Pinch of salt

Marinara sauce for dipping

Banana Oatmeal Breakfast MuffinsRECIPE

Ingredients:

2.5 cups old fashioned oats 

1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt

2 eggs

1/2 cup honey

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 TBSP ground flax seed

1 tsp vanilla

2 ripe bananas
