Taco Chicken!!!
A childhood favorite that my mom would make all the time
Shredded chicken Taco seasoning Sour cream Cream cheese
Mix it all together and top with shredded cheese and cilantro. Served it up next to cauliflower rice that I doctored up with some fresh salsa and cumin

I regret nothing.  Double chocolate fudge sundae:
1st layer -1 1/2 frozen bananas -1tbs cocoa powder -3 dates -1/4 cup almond milk -1 tsp vanilla
2nd layer -1 1/2 frozen bananas -2 tbs cocoa powder -1/4 cup almond milk -1 tbs chopped chocolate (I used a dark chocolate covered cherry)
Fudge sauce: agave + cocoa powder
