Basically this was front press form practice and double under practice for me. Rather than sub single jumps I wanted to break in my new jump rope and get back into double unders. It didn’t go quite as planned lol. I ended up taking all my time on the jump rope!

Crossfit Day #152: Whitten

Warm-up:

WOD: “Whitten”
5 rounds for time:

OMG THIS KILLED ME. I’m serious, I still feel lightheaded and I’ve eaten! We were only required to do 2 rounds because Whitten takes forever and we weren’t sure we’d get through more, but Coach D made us continue on if we had time so I muscled on through three rounds total! I had pains I’ve never had them before when doing this, no joke. I didn’t give myself enough rest after the runs I think, but eh. Fun WOD.

So I got my handstand off the wall today!! :D Sure it was only for like 20 seconds but still!! CLOSER!!

Crossfit Day #149

Warm-up:

WOD: “Badger”

3 rounds for time:

My time: 40:00 BUT I didn’t finish! I made it all the way to the last 800m and time was called :(

I probably would’ve had a 45:00. I would’ve also had a lower time if it had been any other day because I think I’m getting sick. Regardless, I burned 864 calories from that!!! HOLY COW!

I legit can’t move my arms now. :P DOMS is going to kill me haha!
